This is the official web site of the Indian Key at Coral Bay Homeowner’s Association. This page is the best source for information about the Indian Key Association (see News and Gazette newsletter) as well as the best way to directly contact the HOA Board.
The Indian Key Homeowner’s Association meets on the Second Monday of each month, at 7:00 PM, in the Coral Bay Clubhouse or via ZOOM due to CDC recommended guidelines. The responsibility of the Indian Key Homeowner’s Association is to enforce the Declarations and Covenants of the Association. The Declarations and Covenants address the aesthetic and architectural appearance of our community. Issues dealing with common areas such as on-street parking, the lake, canals, are outside of the scope of the Indian Key Homeowner’s Association responsibility and should be addressed to the Coral Bay Community Development District.
Please note that all exterior changes (except for basic landscaping) require the approval of the Board, even if you replacing something exactly as it was (including paint colors). You can obtain an ARC to make a change request on the Forms page.
You can also find a complete set of our Documents and Rules on the Documents page. This page also contains our paint palette as well as standards for mailboxes.
